I know a lot of great people who possess skills I can only dream about. That used to make me really paranoid and self-conscious. It made me wonder if I was good enough… if I had value of my own.
But over the past few years, I’ve discovered my differentiator. I do the work.
There’s no value in talking about it… There’s no value in boasting of what you’ve done in the past… It’s all about putting pen to paper and making it happen.
I choose not to live in couldas, shouldas or wouldas, because those just don’t move the needle. I want to be known as the guy who gets it done.
Question: How do you keep grinding to get the work done? Do you have any tricks up your sleeve when you just aren’t feeling it and you lack motivation? Drop me a line in the comments below.
